Cannolis-
Your choice of plain or chocolate coated cannoli shells, filled with my homemade ricotta filling. This dessert is light and delicious for all ages!
SERVICES
Chocolate Covered Strawberries-
I can do them all year round, please allow a couple of days for me to order the finest strawberries to ensure pure freshness. Typically dipped in dark chocolate. With or without white chocolate decor. No extra charge.
Cupcakes_
Any flavor you had in mind I can do. I require a 6 cupcake minimum per order. Now when it comes to filling or icing to top off these light and fluffy cupcakes, you can choose from French Buttercream, Swiss Buttercream, or your traditional American buttercream. Filling usually varies. Typically with red velvet and carrot cake I do tend to stick with the traditional cream cheese filling. Sprinkles apon request!
Specialty Cakes-
Wedding cakes, birthday cakes, holiday cakes, you name it I can do. Similar to the cupcakes, flavors depend on you as well as the icing. Usually I ice majority of my cakes in American Buttercream. If you would like fondant be sure to let me know. I can do single layers, double layers, or triple filled layers. Two to five tiered cakes are also possible.
Cookies-
Chocolate chip, peanut butter, macarons, sugar, maple butter. Require a dozen minimum.
